Our Return Policy
At Petorus, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@petorus.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
